Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Phnom Penh (City Tour)

Arrive in Phnom Penh and transfer to your hotel.

In the afternoon, you will explore the rich history of the capital. Visit the opulent Royal Place, home to Cambodia’s Royal family, the Silver Pagoda and the National Museum, with its superb collection of Khmer art. End the day with a delicious Khmer welcome dinner at a local restaurant. (Lunch and Dinner)

Day 02: Phnom Penh – Siem Reap (City Tour)

After breakfast, transfer overland to Siem Reap (5 hours), gateway to the magnificent temples of Angkor. Arrive around midday and transfer to your hotel.

After lunch, enjoy the remainder of the afternoon at leisure, visiting Siem Reap’s many colorful markets and shops. (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner)

Day 03: Siem Reap (Our Angkor Tour)

Enjoy a full morning of temple touring at Angkor Thom City, from the evocative smiling faces of Bayon to the expansive Terrace of the Elephants, the Royal Enclosure and the Terrace of the Leper King. Lunch at a local restaurant.

This afternoon, you will visit the biggest religious temple in the world – the magnificent Angkor Wat. Built by Suryavarman II in the early 12th century, Angkor Wat is considered a masterpiece of Khmer architecture. End the day by watching the sunset over Angkor Wat from the summit of Phnom Bakheng.
Dinner at a local restaurant. (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner)

Day 04: Siem Reap (Grand Circle Day Tour)

This morning we will drive to Banteay Srei, an elaborately carved pink sandstone temple known as the citadel of women. Continue to the Landmine Museum to learn about this charity’s efforts to rid the country of mines followed by a visit to the enigmatic jungle-covered temple of Ta Prohm.

In the afternoon, continue to Pre Rup, the mountain-temple, Ta Som, Neak Pean, a fountain built in the middle of a pool and representing the paradisiacal Himalayan mountain-lake, Eastern Mebon, guarded at its corner by stone figures of harnessed elephants and Preah Khan, built by the King Jayavarman VII, a place of towered enclosures and shoulder-hugging corridors, Banteay Kdei temple. (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner)

Day 05: Siem Reap (Floating Village Day Tour)

After breakfast, drive to Tonle Sap Lake where you will have the opportunity to learn about life on the water (Kompong Phluk Floating Village). Tonle Sap is Southeast Asia’s largest freshwater lake, the size of which quadruples during the wet season.

In the afternoon visit the Artisans D’Angkor workshop to see wood and stone carvings or visit the local markets before transferring to the airport for the departure flight.
